Join the Choir School of Delaware, Children’s Chorus of Washington DC, Bel Canto Youth Chorus, and the Commonwealth Youth Chorus in Philadelphia for an evening of history told through song. This is a stop on the “Stand Up Tour,” which follows Harriet Tubman’s route on the Underground Railroad.

The St. Thomas Gospel Choir, our hosts for the evening, will also perform.

This event is free and open to the public.

The Stand Up: Harriet Tubman Tour commemorates the 200th anniversary of Harriet Tubman’s birth. Starting in Washington DC, the combined chorus will follow the path of the Underground Railroad through Cambridge, MD; Wilmington, DE; Philadelphia, PA; and complete their journey in Easton, PA.

This tour will be a powerful opportunity to educate, collaborate, and affect lasting change through music and the arts.
